If my email app or mobile device sends emails in plain text, can Exclaimer still apply my signature?
Answer
When Exclaimer receives a message in plain text, it first checks whether a signature needs to be applied.
Server-side signatures
When signatures are applied server-side, Exclaimer automatically converts the email to HTML format and applies the HTML signature. If no signature is applied, the email remains in plain text.Client-side signatures
When signatures are applied client-side, the Outlook Add-in inserts a plain-text version of the signature directly into the email within Outlook.
