Scenario
You are using Exclaimer on a web browser, and you notice that the drag and drop editor does not allow you to add or remove anything from the signature template design.
Reason
In most scenarios, this issue is caused by Add Ons or any extensions installed in the browser or any General Security settings that prevent the editor from working correctly.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
- Login to the Exclaimer portal using an incognito browser window or an alternate browser.
- To determine if the issue is caused by any extensions installed in your default browser - disable them one by one, then retest.
