Scenario

You have updated user data (such as job title, change of name, and so on) but these changes are not visible in the signature that is appended by Exclaimer.

Reason

This behaviour is likely to occur if the changes made in the Microsoft 365/Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) or Google Workspace Directory have not yet been synchronized.

Resolution

Currently, the Exclaimer product automatically aggregates user data twice a day, but you can do a manual synchronization.
