How to use Graph Explorer to query Entra ID for custom attribute data

Resolution

Follow the steps below to use the Graph Explorer tool to query for the user:

1. Browse to the Microsoft Graph Explorer (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/graph-explorer)
   
2. Click Login and sign in with your Office 365 Global Administrator account.
   
3. If prompted, accept the permissions request:
   
   
   
4. Click Modify permissions.
   
   
   
5. Click Consent for User.Read.All.
   
   
   

6. In the query box, enter the following:

7. Click Run Query.

   The results page displays an output similar to this:

   - This will display all the data for the Custom Attributes feature for Exclaimer.

   - This will not return the attributes created by the Directory Extensions Sync from Entra Connect.
