Scenario

You are using Exclaimer Signatures for Google Workspace and would like to update the user data that appears in the Exclaimer signature.

Resolution

  1. Log into the Google Workspace Admin Console. This requires an Administrative account.

  2. From the menu pane, expand Directory, then select Users.


    Users is found by expanding Directory.

  3. From the Users pane, select the user you wish to edit the details for.


    Your users are listed on the Users page. Locate your user.

  4. Open the User Information section.

  5. Select the pencil icon to edit fields within a section.


    Select the pencil icon to enable editing.

  6. Make the required changes, then select SAVE.


    Edit the text in the fields as needed.
