How to find your subscription owner | Exclaimer Knowledgebase

Scenario

Some features in Exclaimer can only be used by the subscription Owner, but you are not sure who the Owner is for your subscription. For more information on actions that can only be performed by the subscription Owner, see User Management .

Resolution

You can locate your subscription Owner within Exclaimer by viewing the User Management screen.

To locate your subscription Owner:

Log in to the Exclaimer portal at portal.exclaimer.com with an Administrator account.

NOTE: If you have multiple subscriptions, the system will not automatically launch your subscription. Select Launch to continue to User Management, or select Manage next to the relevant subscription. The subscription Owner is labeled '(Owner)'.
From the header bar, open the Account menu by selecting the initials icon, then select User Management.

Check the Owner column in the User Management section. The user who is the subscription Owner is indicated by a circle in this column.
