How to add the Finance user role for invoice download access

Resolution

If you do not have the Finance user role assigned to you, you need to request permission from the subscription Owner or the User Manager.

To assign the Finance User Role:

1. Log in to your Exclaimer account using your subscription Owner or User Manager credentials and launch your subscription.
   
2. From the header bar, select the initials icon to open the Account menu, then select User Management.

3. Select the checkbox in the Finance column on the row for the user you wish to assign the Finance role.
