
Scenario
There is a requirement for users within your company to be able to manually choose from a selection of signatures.

Resolution
There are two ways by which you can choose your specific signature - please click on the required options listed below to go through the detailed description:
Using Subject trigger rules
Use the subject trigger rules within Exclaimer to specify text such as #MarketingSig#. When they are detected within the Subject field of the mail, it will apply the chosen signature and, if required, remove the trigger word from the mail subject.
Using Client-Side functionality
Deploy the Exclaimer Outlook Add-in to let the user select the signature to be applied when composing the message. For more information, see:Install Exclaimer Outlook Add-in
How to enable signatures to use within Exclaimer Outlook Add-in
Once the Client-Side signature has been successfully deployed, the user can select the required signature from the Add-in within Outlook when composing a message.
