This section covers all the options to help you successfully configure your Exclaimer subscription with an on-premises Exchange environment. The Exchange On-Premises feature allows for Server-Side signatures to be applied to emails sent from on-premises Exchange mailboxes.

How to access it

To access the Exchange On-Premises options during the initial configuration

To access the Exchange On-Premises option during the initial configuration:
  1. Log into your Exclaimer account and launch your subscription.
  2. Log in to Exclaimer and select Connect to Microsoft 365 from the menu sidebar
  3. Configure the subscription to use either Server-Side or Client-Side signatures.

  4. Select Need to support Exchange on-Premise to install the Transport Agent.

To access the Exchange On-Premises option after the initial Exclaimer setup

To access the Exchange On-Premises option after the initial configuration:
  1. From the header bar, select the cogwheel icon, then select Exchange On-Premises.


    Select the Exchange On-Premises option.

Settings

The different options available within Exchange On-Premises are:

Exchange On-Premises - If enabled, allows server-side signatures to be applied to emails sent from on-premises Exchange mailboxes.

Service URI - This is the address of the imprint server your emails will pass through to receive a signature. This address will be required during the Exclaimer Exchange Transport Agent installation on your on-premises Exchange servers.

API Keys - These options allow you to manage the list of API keys that theExclaimer Exchange Transport Agent uses to authenticate securely from the on-premises Exchange server to the Exclaimer environment.

Exclaimer Exchange Transport Agent - This provides access to download the Exclaimer Exchange Transport Agent, which is required for Exchange On-Premises.
